The solution is available either "As A Service" through RESTful APIs, as a white-label solution, or with full on-premise delivery.

This solution is certified and compliant with the requirements of the Latvian and Lithuanian state revenue services.

Device and Cashier System

Developed over four years and based on more than ten years of experience in public transportation solutions for regional, intercity, and commercial carriage fleets, this solution covers all carrier reporting and passenger ticketing needs.

System Components

  • 1.User Web UI - Provides a user-friendly interface for any tasks carrier might need to complete regarding device management, employee management, ticket reporting, GPS reporting, and more.
  • 2.Service UI - Grants access to all system maintenence nd support functions.
  • 3.Device API - The device includes 49 RESTful methods for communication with en-route ticketing devices. These methods provide devices with essencial data (such as employees, drivers, buses, ticket types, electronic ticket types, stops, flights, routes, etc.) needed for selling tickets in public transport, as well as data generated by the devices (tickets, electronic ticket validations, telemetry, etc.

    Current Three Main Application Types

    • UPOS - An Android application designed for public transport operators with an intuitive UI and features that simplify workflow. Its main function is selling tickets on route.
    • AB2 - An Android application designed to accept electronic tickets.
    • Mobile Application (available on Android and Apple) that sells ticket codes, generates QR codes, and validates them.
  • 4.Seller APIs - Provide full functionality for ticket storage and enable sellers to integrate their back-end systems for ticket selling on their platforms. A simplified API scheme allows streamlined integration for third parties of any experience level.
  • 5.Integrated Systems APIs - Support integrations with multiple information systems for various purposes:
    • Government transportation directives that develop public transportation information systems.
    • Integration is used to gather information on flight base data (e.g., stops, flights, tariff tables, routes, etc.).
    • Mobile Application (available on Android and Apple) that sells ticket codes, generates QR codes, and validates them.
    • Integration is used to send information about executed flights and sold tickets.
    • Leading online and bus station ticket seller system in Latvia, “BalticLines”.
    • Integration is used to gather information about sold tickets, which is later used by users to generate comprehensive reports in the system web UI.
    • Municipality subsidy management systems.
    • Integration is used to gather information about municipality-issued subsidies for public transport, later used to validate rides through electronic ID.
    • Integration is used to send information about used subsidies to the municipality system.
